Historical writings tell us the story of the Ravoire family
who settled in the South of France, in the heart of
the Luberon,
in 1593. As owners of agricultural land, the cultivation of vines
has been perpetuated generation after generation until today.
Strengthened by his family's attachment
to the vine
and his desire to embrace the potential
of two unique
vineyards, the Vallée du Rhône and Provence,
Roger Ravoire
founded his family business
in 1987 with the help of his wife Francine.
In 2004, Roger Ravoire's son, Olivier,
joined
the family business. He actively
contributed
to the development of the national
market
as well as the opening of export markets.
The Costeval cuvée was born as a link between
two generations and represent the transmission
established between father and son.
